PUBLIC NOTICE: The Tuckaseigee Water and Sewer Authority (TWSA) has received authority to release 20,000 Gallons per Day of sewer allocation for its existing sewer plant in Cashiers, NC. Applications for sewer service will be received by TWSA starting on April 16th, 2018. Information and forms for use in the application process will be available on-line at under the "Forms and Documents" tab and hard copies will at the Cashiers Area Chamber of Commerce office.  A public meeting will be held at the Cashiers Community Library on Wednesday April 18th, 2018 from 6 – 7:00 PM. PUBLIC NOTICE: This memorandum is provided to document that the Tuckaseigee Water and Sewer Authority Finance Committee has called a meeting for Tuesday May 29, 2018 starting at 12:30 PM to discuss the FY 2018-19 Budget. This meeting will take place in the Board Room at the TWSA Main Office located at 1246 West Main Street, Sylva, NC  28779.

Tuckaseigee Water & Sewer Authority was created in 1992 when the County of Jackson and the Towns of Dillsboro, Sylva and Webster consolidated their water and wastewater utilities. The Tuckaseigee Water and Sewer Authority is dedicated to the delivery of water and wastewater services to the Citizens of Jackson County in the most efficient manner possible while protecting water quality and preparing for the future.
